1. Information We Collect

The current study application stores your profile name, email address, account details, exam results and progress in localStorage on this browser. Session information may be stored in localStorage or sessionStorage. These local profiles do not provide cross-device account synchronisation. If you choose Google sign-in, Google handles authentication and shares the profile details needed for sign-in with this browser. Avoid using a password that you use for another service.

2. Cookies and Advertising

AlwaysAME plans to use Google AdSense. Ad requests in the main study application are disabled during application preparation. When advertising is enabled, Google and its partners may place and read cookies or use web beacons and IP addresses to collect information as a result of ad serving. They may use prior visits to this or other websites to personalise ads. You can manage personalisation at Google My Ad Center and review how Google uses information from partner sites. A preference saved by our current banner does not authorise advertising; appropriate consent management must be in place before ads are enabled.

3. How We Use Your Information

The study application uses local profile details to identify your profile and display your progress. Loading the website also sends ordinary connection information, such as your IP address and requested page, to our hosting provider. External services used by the site can receive connection information when their resources load. Contacting us by email sends the message and your email address to our email provider.

4. Data Retention

Local study data remains on your device until you clear this site's browser storage. Clearing storage removes locally saved profiles, sessions, results and progress and may not be reversible. Logging out ends the session but does not necessarily erase your saved study data.

5. Third-Party Links

This site links to external websites and loads resources including Google Fonts, Google sign-in, images from Unsplash and JavaScript libraries from a content delivery network. These providers receive information needed to deliver those resources, such as your IP address and browser information, and apply their own privacy policies. Follow external links only after reviewing the destination's policies.

6. Children's Privacy

AlwaysAME is intended for adults pursuing professional aviation licences. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
