How the allocation works

The planner gives each topic a weight of six minus your confidence score. A topic scored one receives five shares of your time; a topic scored five receives one share. Minutes are rounded and distributed so the weekly total matches your budget. This is a revision aid, not a prediction of examination readiness.

Turn time into study sessions

Start each topic by reviewing one principle. Work through an example, then try a short practice set without notes. Use the final part of the session to record mistakes and the source that resolves them. Split longer allocations into several sessions instead of trying to cover a whole module at once.

Review your confidence

A score of five means you can explain the principle and apply it to a new example. A familiar-looking question is not enough. Lower a score when you repeatedly guess, confuse units or cannot explain why an alternative is wrong. Rebuild the plan after a week and keep attention on unresolved gaps.

Choose topics from official requirements

Check your category and current syllabus using the DGCA portal or EASA document library. This tool does not prescribe your required modules or official exam duration.

Your saved plan

The planner runs in this browser. Saving stores the topic list and settings on this device; exporting downloads a plain-text copy. Your plan is not sent to AlwaysAME. Clear saved plan removes only the planner's saved settings. Clearing site data may also remove them.
